Rules of Technical Support

If your Maintenance contract is in order, you are entitled to Technical Support.

Support is provided by our R&D department, directly.

The rules are slightly different between LTS (Long-term support) and NON-LTS versions (standard):

VERSION Rule

LTS (Long-Term Support)

Support and Updates are provided for 5 years from the first date of release.

NON-LTS (standard)

Support is provided for 1 year from the date of release.
Updates are provided on the next version OR on the nearest active LTS version.

Usually, we favor fixing bugs on the most recent LTS release, which will be more useful to you thanks to improvements, security fixes and additional bug fixes.

Current LTS versions

Here are the LTS versions whose support period is still valid:

  • LTS 16.2.6: Apr 2025 - Apr 2030

  • LTS 16.1.0: Oct 2023 - Oct 2028
